- Cleaning during a guest's stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Cleaning must be ordered through the Settler's manager 24 hours in advance.



- All utilities (electricity, water, high speed internet, cable TV, air conditioning/fridge).



- Please take care of your cards and keys. Lost keys are subject to a fine of 100 AED. For lost cards, the fine starts from 350 AED

VAT 5%

Dubai tourist tax (10 dirhams/night for the first 30 days of stay)



SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN!

- Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. Smoking fine 5000 AED for odor removal, air duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.

1) We provide our guests with weekdays access to the beaches and pools in various luxury hotels with a special price 500 aed per adult per week. Children under 15 free of charge. During your holiday, you can relax on different beaches, which will make your holiday even brighter and richer.
