Terms & Conditions:
• The rates is inclusive of 10% Service charge,7 % Municipality Fees & 5% VAT but is excluding the Tourism Dirhams fee of AED 300 (Tourism fee is applicable only on the first continuous 30-night stay).
• The hotel reserves the right to change the rates at any time subject to room availability.
• Rates are quoted on a room basis only basis.
• Two times (2x) a week Housekeeping Services.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

• Requires full payment in advance upon check-in

• Any damages incurred/loss inside the apartment shall be deducted from the Deposit.
