Rooms are spacious spread across 113 sq. with separate bedrooms and lounge area. The two rooms consist of king/twin size bed, a sofa and a writing desk, a fully equipped kitchenette in addition to king/twin size bed, a sofa and a writing desk, a fully equipped kitchenette in addition to a marble bath, a rain shower and a bidet. Facilities include daily housekeeping service with evening turn down, room amenities such as fully stocked mini bar, personal in-room safe, tea & coffee making facilities in addition to complimentary high speed internet.

Terms

- Hotel may review the materialization and can either extend/withdraw the above promotion or may offer new rates as per the demand with a notice period of 24 hrs.
- Room/Apartments are subject to availability in the time of booking
- The above rates are inclusive of applicable Municipality Fee, Service Charge, VAT
- Additional Tourism Dirham Fee per room per night for the first 30 nights will apply as per the above. Any additional tax or fee levied by the Government during the tenancy period will be charged to the tenant.

1. Payment Terms: Monthly Payment in advance is required.
2. Security Deposit: 10% of the Rent amount, by undated cheque at the time of signing the contract along with other post-dated rental cheques. Hotel reserves the right to bank the undated cheque should there be any damage to the hotel property or towards unpaid dues or disputes. Security Deposit is Refundable upon successful completion of contract without any dues.
