Payment Terms
The guest shall pay the full amount of AED 4500(30 days) before check in, i.e., in advance

Refundable Security Deposit

AED 500 to be collected before check-in.
Early Check-Out/Cancellation/Termination Fee
"In the event that the guest prematurely terminates the reservation, the following "Cancellation Fee" schedule will apply:

 1- Minimum stay will be one month and in case the early departure before 30 nights, the hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest with the best available rate applied for this month.
Renewal of the contract

 2-  Should the guest wish to renew for an additional month, the hotel management must be formally informed by written email at least ten (10 days) prior to the renewal date and is subject to availability at the time of request.

 3-  In case of renewal or extension of this agreement, the rate is Subject to change and availability.
