The building is in decent enough condition. Land lord is quite understanding and cooperative. Maintenance service is average, could be better. Only true downside would be the traffic around the area in the morning.

My experience with this property is that your near the border of dubai city, place is situated near the beach line and has accessed to sharjah expo, a pharmacy near a big supermarket and masjid. Also next to a school and nearby nurseries. Building has a mini supermarket. But what I love about it has a 24 hr security and installed cameras.for safety for the residence.and underground parking. It's clean all throughout the building plus it has a very reasonable.price for rent.

Maintenance has improved still we have to argue a lot for some upgrades which are already there in the contract. Safe and secure for families as staff is great and friendly. Building used to stink specially the entrance but past 2 years its been really well maintained and tidy! Need to upgrade Gym! nNeed play Area for kids!nNeed more frequent cleaning of the apartment windows from the outside!n
