Al Mamzar Sharjah lies along the Dubai-Sharjah border, just 6.6 km from Al Nahda and 7 minutes from Expo Centre Sharjah. Its prime location connects easily to Dubai and other parts of Sharjah. Al Mamzar Sharjah lies on the E11 highway, giving it easy connectivity to other parts of the city and to Dubai. Additionally, several bus stops are located in the area. There are several bus stops in Al Mamzar Sharjah by which many bus routes pass: Most residential buildings offer basement or podium parking. Street parking is also available, though it can be limited during peak hours.
Al Mamzar was a pleasant surprise. The beach and park area are the highlight and there are plenty of green space, clean sand, and a nice breeze coming off the water, which makes it a great spot for a walk or a family day out. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and settled, with local shops, bakeries, and small restaurants dotted around, and being right on the Dubai border makes it convenient if you're travelling between the two emirates. The only downside is that traffic can get pretty heavy around the crossing at peak times, so it's worth timing your trips. Aside from that, it's a relaxed, welcoming area with a lot going for it.

La Plage Tower
I visited this tower to have a look as it has been recently built, but after viewing the apartments and the view, i was very tempted to make an investment here in la plage and reside there.. Highly recommended
