The neighbourhood sits just off Al Khan Street (Al Khan Road), with direct links to Al Ittihad Road (E11), which connects Sharjah to Dubai in minutes. Sharjah International Airport is about a 26-minute drive away, while Dubai International Airport can be reached in under 40 minutes, depending on traffic. The area’s location makes it ideal for those who need to commute between Sharjah and Dubai or want easy access to both emirates’ leisure and business hubs. Public transport in Al Khan Sharjah is well-developed, with several RTA and Mowasalat bus routes connecting the area to other parts of Sharjah and Dubai. Key bus stops are located along Al Khan Street and Al Taawun Street, providing regular services to Sharjah city centre, Al Nahda, and Dubai’s Union Square. Specific routes, including E303 and E307, pass near the Al Khan area. Parking in Al Khan is generally convenient, especially in newer residential and commercial buildings that offer dedicated basement or podium parking for tenants. Al Khan is the part of Sharjah I'd point someone to first. The lagoon and the corniche change the feel of the place, people are out walking in the evenings and the beach is a few minutes away rather than a weekend trip. Having the Aquarium, the Maritime Museum and Maraya Art Centre inside the neighbourhood is unusual for a residential area. Al Ittihad Road gets you into Dubai quickly when the timing is right. Housing is a wide mix. Maryam Island and the newer towers are well finished with real sea views; some of the older buildings are dated and worth viewing in person before you commit. Peak traffic on Al Ittihad is the main gripe, and parking at the older towers is tight. Good value for waterfront living otherwise.

Pearl Tower is located in the heart of Al Khan , Exits to Dubai are very easy. Located at 5 mins drive from Al Khan beach and sharjah Aquarium. Walking distance from Al khan corniche . Walking distance to Nesto and carrefour Ample public parking Quite area

This building is very good for a family, as it has pet-friendly rules and a clean pool along with a non functional gym

Good building for families but the rent is expensive. It will be excellent choice if the rent is cheaper.

Al Salam Tower
Have lived here for a few months. Got chiller included as heard it is expensive to chill. Good location. Apartments are new but we still needed maintenance to fix chiller, kitchen cupboards and bathroom tiles when we moved in. We are also not allowed to put toilet paper down the toilet. Great views but wish balcony was bigger. Good size rooms but no wardrobes.
