Good building for families but the rent is expensive. It will be excellent choice if the rent is cheaper.

Have lived here for a few months. Got chiller included as heard it is expensive to chill. Good location. Apartments are new but we still needed maintenance to fix chiller, kitchen cupboards and bathroom tiles when we moved in. We are also not allowed to put toilet paper down the toilet. Great views but wish balcony was bigger. Good size rooms but no wardrobes.
