All polytechnic Abu Dhabi majors are offered at bachelor’s degree level and sit exclusively within the engineering and applied technology discipline. There are no arts, business, or social sciences programmes.

Eligibility criteria
Places at Abu Dhabi Polytechnic are awarded on a competitive basis. Before applying, confirm that you meet the following conditions:
- UAE Nationals are eligible for NQC (National Qualifications Framework) programmes; international applicants are considered for applicable programmes on a case-by-case basis
- National students must have graduated from high school within the last 3 years (6 years for NQC programmes)
- International students must have graduated within the last 2 years
- Maximum age of 25 at the time of application (26 for NQC programmes); no age limit applies to top-up programmes
- Minimum 80% in the high school English subject, or an equivalent English proficiency qualification (see table below)
- Minimum 80% equivalency in Mathematics, Physics, and one additional science subject
- Private school graduates must hold a UAE Ministry of Education equivalency certificate
- Sponsored applicants require a written nomination from their sponsor

Tuition can be paid in full or split into up to two instalments per academic term.
