Therapeutic Forest Sessions for Adults & Teenagers
The therapeutic forest session is led by Sherin, a Therapeutic Forest School Leader who helps adults and teenagers (18 years and above) to reconnect, recharge and realign with nature through mindfulness, crafts, campfire discussions and outdoor cooking.

Nature Sessions
It is outdoor guided and child-led play for kids aged 2to5 years with the caregiver, featuring scavenger hunts, storytelling, nature crafts and messy play. This session is held weekly at Al Barari Nature Escapes.

Forest School Sessions
It is a child-centred outdoor learning program for kids aged 5to12 years (4+ if independent) and it focuses on tool use, fire making, shelter building, animal care, and mindfulness. This program is also held weekly at Al Barari Nature Escapes.

Nature Kitchen
