Currently they are imposing charges for parking fee for visitors free for 2 hrs thereafter 10dhs from Monday to Sunday . this move had paralyze the businessaround and inconvenience for resident visitors . Overall the place is super nice and very safe. Accessibility to spinneys , shops and food court . But the area is very pricey considering they have no fascilities like pool and gym .rating about noise is poor Coz airplanes and considering shops are just below understandable. The property list is incomplete .
