Al Dana Building
Our ac was broken down for an entire month and the building management ignored all the requests They came up with a new strategy that tenants must do their own maintenance Ac was however never a part of the self maintenance yet these guys didn't even bother. The worse are the sales team and the reception lady who ignores you to your face When we took the apartment they had given us with broken exhaust, broken kitchen drawers. The glass panels for the complete apartment had gaps The building is infested with cockroaches I don't understand how such owners exist and if I try to complain to rera I have to pay another 3000 just to file a complain and start an investigation on the building management I don't suggest anyone to live in this building. The flats are beautifully sized but the way the management treats you is terrible.
