About International City

International City is one of Dubai’s most affordable residential communities. Nakheel developed it to house over 60,000 residents across an expansive 800-hectare master plan. The area is known for its culturally inspired design, with low-rise buildings grouped into clusters themed after various countries, including Greece, Persia, China, France, and Italy. Each cluster features its unique façade, lending the neighborhood a distinct and eclectic charm.

Designed with affordability in mind, International City attracts a wide mix of residents, from working professionals and small families to students and long-term expats. The area is particularly appealing due to its competitive rental prices, full range of amenities, and relaxed, suburban feel. It’s also home to one of Dubai’s largest shopping destinations, Dragon Mart, which adds to the convenience and liveliness of the community.

With easy access to major highways like E311 and E44, International City is close to key districts such as Dubai Silicon Oasis, Academic City, Al Warqa, and Mirdif, making it a practical and well-connected choice for everyday living.
