What do you think contributed to your success on this deal?
With regard to the AED 30 million deal, it was in the works for a little over a year, so patience and being proactive massively contributed to its success.
What is one thing you do as a broker that differentiates you from other brokers?
A background in investment banking allows me to analyse the market and make use of the current climate to make predictions. I can then advise my clients accordingly.
What do you think makes a good agent in the UAE?
I think having strong product knowledge, knowing the market, and understanding your clients objectives is what you need to be a good and successful agent in the UAE.
