About me
As an investor and advisor, I have been involved in real estate since 2006 (making my first investment). My experience dates back to my childhood, growing up with a Father who built and managed a successful global real estate portfolio.
I work primarily with investors from all sectors including crypto, education, medicine, lawyers etc who are all looking to start and scale their portfolios, focusing on the locations for maximum capital appreciation and high rental yields. Target IRR is 10% per year, with many clients achieving well over this.
I also advise a number of family offices and international property funds on the acquisition of assets in the UAE, along with structuring of joint ventures with some of Dubai's leading real estate developers where we target returns closer to 15-20% per annum.
