Originally from the UK, Philip is a skilled property professional with more than 16 years' experience in real estate.
He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2005 with a degree in Planning and Property Development and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also fluent in Swedish, having previously lived in Stockholm for five years.
After working in London’s West End he moved to the UAE in 2008. Philip has advised on significant development projects across the MENA region on behalf of eminent national and international real estate investors.
