About me
Semaan came to Dubai in 1989, He began working for S.I.D.A. In 28 Years of being in Dubai, there is not a lot Simon hasn't seen or experienced during the phenomenal growth in Dubai. In early 2000's Dubai Real Estate Market was taking off. He Joined P.K. Properties & Keith Cox (Director) in 2008. He worked along Keith to build PK Properties and manage the company. Simon is now Managing Director for both PK Properties & PK Holidays which was established in 2014 under the new DTCM license for Short Term Rentals.
