In 2019, during a family trip, he discovered Dubai and decided to relocate—without speaking English or having any contacts. Starting from scratch at KAYE & CO, armed with only a phone, a laptop, and an unstoppable drive, he made five sales in just two weeks. His rapid rise made him a key figure in the French-speaking real estate community.
Since 2020, Sofiane has consistently generated over €30 million in annual sales, earning a reputation as one of Dubai’s most successful brokers.
With this experience, he founded Lucretia Real Estate, an agency built as a response to the unique demands of Dubai’s property market.
