In 2019, during a family trip, he discovered Dubai and decided to relocate—without speaking English or having any contacts. Starting from scratch at KAYE & CO, armed with only a phone, a laptop, and an unstoppable drive, he made five sales in just two weeks. His rapid rise made him a key figure in the French-speaking real estate community.
Since 2020, Sofiane has consistently generated over €30 million in annual sales, earning a reputation as one of Dubai’s most successful brokers.
With this experience, he founded Lucretia Real Estate, an agency built as a response to the unique demands of Dubai’s property market. Inspired by the Roman figure Lucretia—a symbol of ethics and integrity—his mission is to redefine luxury real estate standards through transparency, expertise, and excellence.
