Dubai Maritime City is strategically located between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks, just north of the Creek district.
It's only 1 km from Jumeirah Beach Road, 1.5 km from Bur Dubai, and 2.5 km from the Shindagha Tunnel. Sheikh Zayed Road is 3 km away, and Dubai International Airport is within 10 km. A dedicated causeway connects DMC directly to Dubai's main roads.
