Al Quoz 1 lies on the western side of the Al Quoz district, close to Sheikh Zayed Road and just minutes from Downtown Dubai. It’s well-connected by road and surrounded by other residential communities such as Al Safa and Al Wasl. The area enjoys proximity to both commercial zones and leisure destinations.
