If you’re looking for a family-friendly and pet-friendly community that’s safe and the perfect size, look no further than Arabian Ranches 2. We absolutely love living here. The community strikes a great balance as it’s spacious with fantastic amenities, but not so large that it loses its neighbourhood feel. My boys can play safely around the community with their friends, which is something we really value as a family. One of the best parts of living here is the strong sense of community. We’ve made so many great friends, and it truly feels like a neighbourhood where people look out for each other. With beautiful green spaces, parks, pools and walking paths, plus being very pet-friendly, it’s a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Oh and there's a great Souk as well, with a Cafe Bateel, Pauls, a Virgin Store, Carluccio's and a gorgeous little gift store just outside the Carrefour if you need to buy little trinkets of gifts. Wouldn't live anywhere else in Dubai.
Burj Al Salam
The building is amazing. I'm talking about well maintained, great facilities and very professional reception team . Great experience comes with a 5star home.
Latifa Tower
Very bad experience living in this building. The apartments and equipment are very worn out, pipes are constantly leaking, the air conditioner is breaking, mold on the walls, crowds of cockroaches, a terrible smell. The pool and jacuzzi are in disgusting condition. Cooling does not work in corridors and elevators.
Burj Al Salam
I believe they deserve this, they have been helpful through out my 3 years stay in the tower, the staff has helped with every sort of issue. I will highly recommend this to anyone who is reading this.
Burj Al Salam

Burj Al Salam

Burj Al Salam
Our office leasing experience in Burj Al Salam Tower has been wonderful. From the time of moving in until our time to vacate the office premises, the management staff has been really helpful. We certainly appreciate the security guys in accommodating and how efficient they were in addressing our parking concerns and booking the service lifts. Ms. Elena of the facilities department was quick in granting us work permits and card accesses for our convenient office use. I certainly appreciate Ms. Divina in taking action with regards the office premise issues that we encountered and how fast and thorough Mr. Mina was in helping us complete the handover process. I would certainly recommend Burj Al Salam to anyone interested to lease office premises. The location is convenient the facilities and the management do not disappoint.
