The apartments and equipment are very worn out, pipes are constantly leaking, the air conditioner is breaking, mold on the walls, crowds of cockroaches, a terrible smell. The pool and jacuzzi are in disgusting condition. Cooling does not work in corridors and elevators.

From the time of moving in until our time to vacate the office premises, the management staff has been really helpful. We certainly appreciate the security guys in accommodating and how efficient they were in addressing our parking concerns and booking the service lifts. Ms. Elena of the facilities department was quick in granting us work permits and card accesses for our convenient office use. I certainly appreciate Ms. Divina in taking action with regards the office premise issues that we encountered and how fast and thorough Mr. Mina was in helping us complete the handover process. I would certainly recommend Burj Al Salam to anyone interested to lease office premises. The location is convenient the facilities and the management do not disappoint.
