I have been at the terraces over a year. The interior and exterior design is unique in the Community. It stands out among neighbor building's. Large pool exposed to the Sun during good part of the day. Gym size is ok but not too large , sona , steam & jacuzzi available. Construction noise are disappearing with time. Maintenance & security are ok.

Very unique building and layout in a central yet community vibes area. Love the fact it’s next to the park, plenty of green spaces with plenty of shops and cafes near by. Jucuzzi, sauna and steam room is a bonus in addition to the pool.
