This building is lacking proper maintenance and standard. They advertise the swimming pool which is closed since January 2022... until now (Nov.2022), the parking garage is full of holes and stones, nobody takes care of that. Also I have reported those problems to the property management but I have never received any response.

Read moreWe have a beautiful view from high floor of the building. We have full sea view, Burj Arab view, palm view and sun set too. Easy access to and from sheikh Zaid road. 10 mins from Mall of Emirates, Madinat Jumeirah, Burj Arab and Public beach. Maybe 15 mins from Marina and JBR beach too. Building is quiet, no noise so peaceful. It has a huge gym so we do not pay for another gym and its membership. Only little disappointment is swimming pool still not opened since a while but hopefully they shall open soon. meanwhile just enjoy the public beach which is only only 5-10 mins from our building.

Read moreThe location is very convenient: easy access to SZR, walking distance to the beach and to the park. The view is the best. There are some maintenance issues, but recently the company has been changed so hopefully we will see improvements. There is a couple of supermarkets, including Carrefour market in the building. Three schools in a walking distance: GEMS Wellington Int. School, Choueifat School and Dubai college.

There is no facility around the building expect a laundry and a small Carrefour. Constructions ongoing around make the surroundings noisy and dirty. Stray cats all around. Definitely not a good place to live. One of the worst buildings ever.
