Damac Residenze, formerly known as Damac Heights, is a residential tower that adds to the impressive lineup of Dubai's grand construction projects by luxury developer Damac Properties in Dubai Marina.

It is Damac Properties’ second super-tall tower and contributes significantly to Dubai's remarkable skyline. The location of Damac Heights is strategically close to other prominent structures like Cayan Tower, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate project, The Torch and Emirates Crown Tower.

Construction of Damac Heights Dubai Marina began in 2011 and was completed in 2018. The architectural brilliance behind this tower comes from AECOM (a globally recognized American engineering firm) serving as its 'architect of record', while leading architecture firm Aedas crafted its award-winning design.

With a unique postmodern structure that features two interconnected blades with a curved façade, Damac Heights soars 1,099 ft high, offering breathtaking views from every angle, including views of Palm Jumeirah. The building has an occupied height reaching up to 959 ft., with an overall base-to-tip height measuring an astounding 1,099 ft, making it one of the tallest buildings in Dubai.

Damac Residenze received many awards including the Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Dubaiand the Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Arabia at the Arabian Property Awards held in 2014. It also received the Best International Residential High-Rise Architecture award at the 2014 International Property Awards.
