Construction of Damac Heights Dubai Marina began in 2011 and was completed in 2018. The architectural brilliance behind this tower comes from AECOM (a globally recognized American engineering firm) serving as its 'architect of record', while leading architecture firm Aedas crafted its award-winning design.
With a unique postmodern structure that features two interconnected blades with a curved façade, Damac Heights soars 1,099 ft high, offering breathtaking views from every angle, including views of Palm Jumeirah. The building has an occupied height reaching up to 959 ft., with an overall base-to-tip height measuring an astounding 1,099 ft, making it one of the tallest buildings in Dubai.
Damac Residenze received many awards including the Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Dubaiand the Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Arabia at the Arabian Property Awards held in 2014. It also received the Best International Residential High-Rise Architecture award at the 2014 International Property Awards.

MirelBI think it's one of the best Damac properties. Best pool in Dubai Marina, security is always alert, facilities are good. The only drawback is that the gym is small, but it's rarely full. I would recommend the units facing the Marina, those are the best.

ciarai have been living in dubai marina for the 6 years different towers , i recently bought my house in damac heights , and i can never complain , beautiful views and very good quality and best facilities i have ever seen over dubai marina , i have been into many buildings in marina but nothing like damac heights , management are very responsive and stuff working is very friendly. love it here and i don't think i will ever move to somewhere else

SelenaI lived there its very secure all stuff friendly and there is bellboy help you alwaye . Also the sea view very amazing you can see the sunset and fireworks There is no noise because of double glass and parking they can allow the visitor to come inside by permission . I very recommend last thing the delivery for allresturant can reach you easily
