Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

At the best part of Marina without traffic and quickly connected to main points of interest. We lived for 5 years in an apartment with full views to the Marina. The pools, the gym and the orientation is perfect easily connected to SSRoad. Very recommendable.

The tower's location is quite favorable, especially considering the manageable morning traffic in the area. There are two gym rooms, but they have limited equipment, and it appears that the air conditioning system may need some maintenance. nnAdditionally, it's worth mentioning that the elevator doors close rather quickly, and there seems to be an issue with the sensors, which could use some adjustment for safety and convenience.nnLastly, there is ongoing construction work near the tower, which has resulted in some dust and noise. While this can be a temporary inconvenience, it's important to keep in mind that developments like these are common in growing areas and are typically a sign of progress for the neighborhood.nnIn conclusion, while there are areas that could be improved, the tower's location is favorable, and with attention to these details, it has the potential to provide an even better living experience for its residents.

This is one of the best towers that are in marina, access is very easy and no traffic they always have parking and guest parking is very easy and one of the best views that has no obstruction not like in the other areas in marina Security staff and very helpful and super nice Flats are amazing of well maintained

Advantages: * location and traffic as you can get in and out of the tower pretty easy in this part of Marina * beautiful marina views Disadvantages: * rather old building. The apartment can look really good, but equipment above the ceiling needs constant repairs or rather complete change. Water dripping and hence mold is a regular thing * small lifting gym where only 2 can fit. Cardio gym equipment partially not working. For 2 years living in tower, after multiple complaints never got fixed. * bad sound isolation, so you can hear constant noise from outside. In addition construction is ongoing 08.2022 with non stop work and noise even at night

Good potential for this tower with good location, great views and well designed apartments. Unfortunately it is very noisy because of the Grosvenor House hotel delivery area AC system which makes the use of balconies facing the hotel inconceivable. There are also two building in construction very close to this one. On top of that, the AC system is also very noisy and the maintenance team thinks it is normal and can do nothing about it. Speaking of the maintenance, the tiny Gym offers 6 cardio machines. All of them are very rusty and only two are currently working (07/2021). There is another small gym for weight lifting. the equipment is OK there but only 2 people can use it simultaneously. Forget about he swimming pool sunbathing time mentionned in the other comment as a new building in construction will obstruct light probably all afternoon. I am really astonished by other comments stating it is the the best tower in marina!!! have you been to marina gate? Damac heights? marina promenade ? Park Island ? Even the neighboring marina tower is way better. Do not trust these comments.
