The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

The Torch tower is a great place to live. The gym was recently renovated, and the maintenance of the building is really good. It's very clean and the location is also perfect.

This tower's reputation was hurt in the past because it caught on fire. Since then, the tower has gone through HUGE renovations and have over-compensated for all fire-proofing. A lot of the apartments are renovated now and look great. Location is also center-city Marina.

We absolutely love staying at The Torch! Firstly, the location is excellent—on the marina and not far from Jumeirah Beach, the tram, metro, and main road networks, , walking distance to many beach clubs and restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Secondly, the building is well maintained, has great staff who are extremely helpful, a fantastic gym, and a lovely pool to chill at. It has obviously had a lot of money spent on it to upgrade cladding, etc., which was really important for everyone’s safety. Thirdly, the apartments themselves are well laid out with full-length windows, so great views and lots of natural light! It really is a fantastic tower to stay at or live ( I’ve been there five times in the last year and I’m already planning my next visit!)

I have stayed at the Torch 5 times in the last year - we love it there!! The staff are very friendly and helpful - in the reception area, in the office, around the communal fifth floor and generally in all areas of the building. There is a lovely buzz around the place! The gym is great and the pool is a nice area if you just want to go and have a swim / chill / sunbathe. The two bedroomed apartment that we stay in is a great size - good proportions and lots of windows! Everywhere is well maintained and clean. It is in a fantastic location - near to the marina, beach, the harbour and lots of lovely beach clubs!! I don’t drive a car whilst there but The Torch is in a great location at the top of the marina -very easy to get on to the main roads to commute to the different areas of Dubai.

Best location at entrance of Marina to avoid traffic. We'll maintained. Recladding done after last fire with better and fire proof material. Excellent notification system by property management. Quick repair upon request via application. Residents and owners have common app with management and can all communicate with each other. Internal community even for buying and selling personal stuff.
