The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

Living in Marina for more than 5 years, I can say that elite is one of the best buildings I have experienced so far.

Elite Residence is a luxurious 91-storey residential building located in the heart of Dubai Marina. It is the fourth tallest skyscraper in Dubai and offers stunning views of the city skyline, the Arabian Gulf, and the Palm Jumeirah. The building has a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and a steam room. There is also a 24-hour security team on duty to ensure the safety of residents. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Elite Residence and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in Dubai.

Eliite Residence is one of the best towers in Marina. The building is clean, well maintained with great facilities like indoor and outdoor pool. Apartments are spacious, with open kitchen, dishwasher and all appliances. The only problem I had were noisy neighbours, but that depends on the apartment you get. Being on the shadow part of the tower we didn't have to use AC at all, but we still had to pay bills for it. Overall I recommend Elite Residence if you want to stay in Marina.

Good gym, well maintained and clean, spacious apartments, good crowd and decent elevators.. rarely had to wait in line for the elevator even during Corona times when we can ride only 4. Parking for visitors is non-existent but I guess that's the standard set in most of the buildings in Marina. Good thing there are a lot of parking sports near Barasti just over the road. Love the gym and the summing pools and the proximity to everything!
