Excellent peaceful area to live with surrounding waters all side. Great place with many parks and play areas for kids, family friendly, pet friendly. High rise buildings with great view.

I have been staying in Hydra Avenue C6 tower from last 7 years & its one of the great community on reem island to stay. I have never had any maintenance issue so far in my unit. The only flaw these towers has is that many times you have problem of someone parking in your reserved parking & security can't do much about it. Another big issue is that there is no guest parking or road side parking available for guest, so in case if u have a guest then they have to park in the opposite building pay & park. There is 2 express markets surrounding it which is Spar & Carrefour. There are quite a few restaurants around it. The community has gym, pool, lounge, kids play area, basketball court & waterfront overlooking mangroves. I would recommend this community for sure bcoz every building has good & bad.

Big issue with people who are parking car outside towers. Maintenance could be with a faster service. Facilities are OK, except that ladies could get a glass tinted gym.

A nice busy location with a company that is not very fair with his clients, admins fees keep rising and rising, they are not in-line with other buildings that are more luxurious.

Ideal Community Living with all leisure amenities to suit the entire family. Calm and serene environment. uninterrupted Water and Mangrove views are pleasant for the eyes every time. Night views of City of Lights are splendid. Overall good residential towers with huge spaces inside and outside.
