ClaraBeing a resident since May 2023, I think you should definitely talk to residents before moving in. Pros: standard Abu Dhabi flat, spacious, nice views. Cons: very low quality interiors, alarm goes off quite often in the whole building no matter what time. Coudl be 3 am in the morning. Rusty water comes from the taps. You book Maintenance and they don’t show up and won’t even bother to call you. ACs are smelly and keep breaking, no way they can fix them. Bugs in the building. Lifts don’t work as they should be, you have to wait for ages. No walking areas around, no pavements. Not stroller friendly, you have to carry it going down the entrance door. Crazy, they haven’t been thinking at all when they were building this apartment. There are stains on the wardrobe doors and bathroom ceiling comes off every time you open the doors.

So here are the Pros & Cons of living here: Pros-Spacious & modern layouts of rooms and balconies.Nice View with ceiling to floor big windows.Quiet and peaceful ambience.Nice swimming pool with a separate baby pool. Clean and well illuminated corridors. Fast & spacious elevators with separate service lift.24/7 security staff with CCTV surveillance.Annual rent is reasonable compared to other new buildings in Reem Island. Cons-Unbearable foul/ Urine like smell coming from AC vents. Frequent water interruptions due to pipeline breaks. Frequent interruptions/ breakdowns of elevators. Swimming pool lights not working for a long time.
