I like so much this place, because it’s heart of AbuDhabi. Near you can find everything: gym, malls, grocery. Quiet good place for a whole family. Highly recommend!!

There are such nice and friendly people in this community. There are facilities within my building such as a gym, pool and playground as well as around the community. Just 2-5 minutes walk from your building, there are local shops such as supermarkets, clinics, pharmacies and food places. All the workers are very friendly and are always happy to help. The building and community is very peaceful and beautiful.
Been to these buildings. Their service is really awesome and makes you feel luxurious, max security and very friendly environment. Tenants and owners conservation are really friendly. From the ground floor to penthouse, rooms to living areas Everything is top notch. Very beautiful view from rooftop and there is a garden area too. The building gets cleaned everything. Last and most interesting thing is the price. Very affordable price but give a luxurious service. Would recommend everyone to have a stay in this building.
