Tourist Club Area sits on the eastern edge of Abu Dhabi’s main island, bordered by Al Maryah Island to the north and the Corniche to the west. It is just a short drive from the city’s main highways, with Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street serving as the key artery. This lively mixed-use hub is approximately 23 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport. The area’s position makes it a strategic base for those working in the city centre, Al Maryah Island, or even Saadiyat Island. Tourist Club Area is surrounded by some of Abu Dhabi’s most popular districts, each offering its own unique character and amenities. Residents can easily reach neighbouring areas for work, leisure, or shopping, with most destinations just a few minutes away by car or public transport. Tourist Club Area is close to some of Abu Dhabi’s best-known attractions, making it easy for residents and visitors to enjoy the city’s leisure and cultural highlights. Whether you’re looking for family fun, shopping, or a relaxing stroll by the water, you’ll find plenty to do nearby. Tourist Club Area is a major stop on Abu Dhabi’s bus network, with numerous bus lines (5, 8, 9, 11, 43, 7, 40, 44, A1, 54, 56, and 187) passing through the district. Key bus stops are located along Mina Road, Electra Street, Heritage Park, India Social Center, and near Abu Dhabi Mall, providing direct routes to other parts of the city, including Al Reem Island, Al Khalidiya, and the Corniche. Many residents rely on these buses for daily commutes. Parking in the Tourist Club Area or currently known as Al Zahiyah can be challenging during peak hours due to the high density of residential and commercial buildings. Most apartment towers offer dedicated basement or podium parking for residents, while visitors can use paid street parking or public parking lots. Some hotels and malls provide valet or multi-storey parking, making it easier for shoppers and guests.

Abu Dhabi Trade Towers
There are such nice and friendly people in this community. There are facilities within my building such as a gym, pool and playground as well as around the community. Just 2-5 minutes walk from your building, there are local shops such as supermarkets, clinics, pharmacies and food places. All the workers are very friendly and are always happy to help. The building and community is very peaceful and beautiful.

Abu Dhabi Trade Towers
Been to these buildings. Their service is really awesome and makes you feel luxurious, max security and very friendly environment. Tenants and owners conservation are really friendly. From the ground floor to penthouse, rooms to living areas Everything is top notch. Very beautiful view from rooftop and there is a garden area too. The building gets cleaned everything. Last and most interesting thing is the price. Very affordable price but give a luxurious service. Would recommend everyone to have a stay in this building.
