Nice to CCTV camera, security staff 24/7, access control system in parking, Good parking, good maintenance support for home maintenance, very locality for families.

Firstly, the JBR area has become heavily congested particularly in the evenings and at the weekend. The noise from the cars queuing to enter the walk is unbearable - honking their horns, revving their engines, etc. The building management ignore residents requests. With further construction taking place, the area is going to get even more congested - avoid! Will be moving as soon as my tenancy is up!
