Nigel S.We searched soo many apartments in Qusais and were happy to find this one. The apartments are really spacious and the maintenance staff lives in the same building and are very prompt. Only downside is they they do not have a gym or a pool. The security is really nice and friendly.

HanifIts hard to find big apartments like this in new buildings. The rooms are big, especially the living room and kitchen. An ideal area to live in.

ZaidGood apartment, all facilities are nearby (schools, clinics, pharmacies, bus stops/metro station and supermarkets). The pool is great but gym needs to be restored with new equipments. The security systems are in place but there's an easy way to get in the building. Otherwise, its a good place with no traffic or noise.

Asmaa M.Everything about the apartment is great, the kitchen, living room and bedrooms are big and have plenty of space. The area is surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies, clinics and salons! Theres also a bus stop and metro station nearby, which is always a necessity. However, security, maintenance and gym can be improved.
