Barsha Heights has become Dubai's new center for both residential and business community with direct metro station i.e Dubai Internet City. It has direct connectivity to Shaikh Zayed Road as well as easy access to other major communities like Greens, JVC & Motor city to name few. You can reach malls in Marina & Palm Jumeira to Mall of the Emirates in less than 10mins. Similarly quick accessibility to beaches of JBR & Jumeirah. Barsha Heights is well planned community for both residents and commercial.

my wife is going crazy , cockroach's everywhere, i mean everywhere, we keep all doors and windows closed and apparently the cockroach are coming from the ventilation and drainage system. When my wife asked for pest control, Asteco told us to get one ourselves. horrible , horrible horrible.... stay away unless you dont mind cockroaches everywhere with dry sewage smell in the bathrooms when you wake up in the morning.... been staying here for 6 month , me ,my wife and my 2 kids are waiting for the contract to finish so we leave. Ill pay a bit more ,for a good ,clean ,cockroach free apartment... Disgusting
