Barsha Heights has become Dubai's new center for both residential and business community with direct metro station i.e Dubai Internet City. It has direct connectivity to Shaikh Zayed Road as well as easy access to other major communities like Greens, JVC & Motor city to name few. You can reach malls in Marina & Palm Jumeira to Mall of the Emirates in less than 10mins. Similarly quick accessibility to beaches of JBR & Jumeirah. Barsha Heights is well planned community for both residents and commercial.

I have been living in this building for the past 12 years. First 10 years, I would have recommended the building blindly. in the past 2 years, it has been deteriorating drastically. Every day we wake up to a new issue. worst part is that we are paying 4 times more than the average market rate for cooling system, yet the cooling does not work properly. corridors are in bad shape, dripping all over, stay away from the garbage shute as it stinks, and your apartments starts smelling. the pool used to be chilled in the summer, they no longer chill it, yet worse it has been closed for over 6 months now, and we do not know why. we do not see any maintenance happening there. This is just the beginning, the list of problems is long. but the worst part is, the management is non responsive and when they respond they mislead us, and you never know what issue you will wake up to in the morning. gets really exhausting! I cannot wait to move and I would NOT recommend this building!
