Ajmal S.One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.

YazanBay square was built as commercial and you will feel that when you live that everything the community management does is for commercial as if there are no residential units , add to that the bad management of the building , they need 5 months to refurbish a lobby whereby you will need to use the service elevator (disgusting) which is shared with 9 floors of companies , or wake up finding window cleaners watching you from glass since they dont bother sending notes to residents , also NO GYM OR POOL !! , the chiller fees are the highest ever in business bay ! water pressure comes and goes ,floor tiles in apartments are one of the cheapest ever as everything leaves stains on it ...id recommend not living in it
