One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.

dirty building of the year
A nice property to stay. Only issue is the queue on the lifts during evening. But the security are so helpful and friendly.
A fairly average building there isnt much exceptionally bad or good to discuss

Gym should be better maintained like other towers in Dubai
The building is with good location, but that`s it. Your visitors park on the sand around the building, the apartments are mainly sharing accommodation. There is a constant noise from the near by empower station, that can be heard even on the 22 floor!
