One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.

Very well designed apartments specially 1860sqft with huge kitchen and hall for kids to play crawl/run.
No bad things about the buildings.the pool and gym are good.
