People are friendly there, best service ever , very clean and it’s in the heart of Dubai plus it’s walking distance to the metro I highly recommend 

I love this area 

Not recommended at all i lives here 4 years all the times swimming pool under maintenance it’s dirty place altos of cockroaches i am waiting my contract to finish to move   And also the restaurant tree house is so noisy socially on the weekends

One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.
