Negstives: *Very small indoor pool, no outdoor pool. *Very small and poorly maintained sun deck *No Balconies (except penthouse property) *Windows do not open at all *Some properties prone to damp/mould in back bedrooms *Traffic in the evening rush hour is terrible *Traffic during conferences and events at WTC result in gridlock for hours. It has everything anyone needs, directly connected to Ritz Carlton and Gate Avenue mall, a huge pedestrian only zone full of restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, a supermarket, hair salons for men and women, the financial district itself. Dubai is a safe city but the area in which Limestone is located is extra safe which in the world we live in is a real value. The building is beautiful, has many huge zones for kids entertainment and even an only adults little terrace. Pool and gym are great. Sheikh Zayed road is a step away but you cannot hear the traffic noise, it is extremely quiet from 4pm till 10am (From 10am till 4pm you may listen sometimes maintenance from some apartments but nothing not even compared to annoying, noise levels are strictly imposed here which is amazing) Central point in Dubai, 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall. The only negatives would be the traffic which could get very heavy during certain hours but even with that fact the metro station is a block and a half away.
