We are living in this building from 2022. Before we used to live in Index Tower and Burj Daman. And was always told by the real estate agents that Sky Gardens is not considered as a good building. However after more than one year of living here, we can tell that the living experience in Sky Gardens is really the best in DIFC. The consierge and security guys are very-very helpful and super friendly. The maintenance and cleaning is at the highest level. The building has been recently renovated with very luxurious finishing: new lobby, new elevators, all the wall painted. The location of this builing is one of the best ! It is just in front of the Four Seasons hotel and all the top restaurants. Just to cross the street ( compare to the Index towers where we had to walk through the shopping mall ( empty at night ) for 15-20 min to reach the main area of DIFC ) . And the general services of Sky Gardens provide for most demanding lifestyle. For example: - you can order a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, salads, fusion food just by What's App from the in-building cafe and they will bring it to your door within 5 - 10 minutes. Very useful compare to usual deliveries in Dubai. - there are three in-building wellness and beauty salons that provide various types of massages and treatments - in-building laundry service to your door - 24/7 supermarket - the swimming pool and big jacuzzi are on the top floor and it s a very cozy area - the brand new new machines in the gym All of the above makes living in there such a great experience. We have several properties around the world, including in London, Monaco etc. and honestly this building deserve to be rated very high.

Nothing can be compared to this tower when it comes to luxurious living experience! I have been living here since 2020 and when it comes to level of services and facilities, Sky Gardens is no. 1 Among others places I lived in! You pay a bit extra than average rent around but you get stylish designs, wonderful maintenance and a tower full of facilities. Everything is maintained on regular basis and you feel you live in a brand new property! Oh yeah, let’s not forget those fancy sky gardens inside the tower itself ( A place to read a book or do some work in! ) The location is superb where it is a street crossing to DIFC and 5 mins walking to the nearest metro station. They do regular activities such like free ice cream where families can enjoy it :) Love it!

Lived in this building twice. Best location across the street from DIFC and all its hustle and bustle, made so many friends there and the building is so convenient with a mini mart, drycleaner and hair salon in the lobby.

Great location with 1 walking minute to DIFC and DIFC Avenue. 5 walking mins to Metro & Sheikh Zayed Rd. with view on most beautiful building in the world (Future Museum). Maintenance is great and layout of Studios are outstanding
