It offers a premium urban lifestyle with easy-access to the Burj Khailfa, Dubai Mall and a variety of restaurants & cafes. The area is vibrant and perfect for both families and professionals. The only downside is it gets busy with tourists, especially during weekends.

The area is perfect, right across from the Dubai Mall. The building is kept immaculately clean by the staff and they seem to be very nice people. Overall, I would rate this building and complex as one of the top ones to live in all of Dubai

In such an expensive compound You would expect a gym, like in the rest of Dubai. Many units are quite dark, do not get much sunlight.
