It offers a premium urban lifestyle with easy-access to the Burj Khailfa, Dubai Mall and a variety of restaurants & cafes. The area is vibrant and perfect for both families and professionals. The only downside is it gets busy with tourists, especially during weekends.

Affordable price and super quality at Standpoint Tower 2, where we lived. It is luxery downtown next to famose Burj Khalifa, all necessary services, shoppings, restaurants, metro and public transport are very close. At the same time it is came place to sleep because double glasses window protect from outside. Surely recommend to all!

I’ve been a resident since 2015. Very good location in downtown with walking distance to the mall, opera, F&B. The security and reception are excellent and responsive. Main downside is the noise from the street from stupid loud cars and construction. Apartments are good.

You are surrounded by non stop noise, the building is totally surrounded by construction from all angles and access to the building is painful because of traffic and construction. Easily the worse building on the the boulevard.
