Ridhika A.It offers a premium urban lifestyle with easy-access to the Burj Khailfa, Dubai Mall and a variety of restaurants & cafes. The area is vibrant and perfect for both families and professionals. The only downside is it gets busy with tourists, especially during weekends.

FranckI went there and be sure that Residences 1 is the best tower of Downtown so far. 15 years after construction and we can still see that the foundations are good compare to some others buildings.

Alex S.Great view great building and maybe one of the best communities in Dubai with an air of European cities with trees and small walkable street exceptional location you almost forget you need a car or you live in Dubai. Having said that the nearly 5-7 tower build right next to it makes it very difficult to enjoy all the positive sides of the property. 24/7 noise & dust are terrible. Maybe within 2 years from now it will be back to the little oasis in town it was. I lived there for one year and I had to leave.
