This is actually still an upcoming place; a lot of construction is still ongoing, which can be an issue for some residents. But overall, the connectivity is really good to E311 and E11, and it's a good family-friendly space to stay.

I've been living in this peaceful community for years now. Not many people know it, but once you visit you will understand how underrated it is. It offers beautiful gardens, resort style swimming pools, big basketball and tennis courts, clinic, pharmacy, several restaurants and also two supermarkets. The school located inside Remraam, called South View School, is also well reviewed, following a British curriculum, walking distance for most of the people living inside Remraam. I decided to buy the apartment I was renting because of the peaceful surroundings, huge terrace I can enjoy 8 months a year, being right next to the school where my 8 year old daughter goes. It's located right next to the new Damac Lagoons and across the street from Damac Hills. The great thing is you can always avoid traffic in the mornings and evenings by taking alternate routes.
