The building is in a very good location, right next to Dubai Tram with Marina Walk only a couple of minutes away. The units are very spacious compared to other apartments in Marina. The amenities are good and well maintained. Only negative would be the attitude of security staff. Have found them to be the most unfriendly, especially racist if you are an Asian. They would smile and open the door for Europeans but somehow will look down upon and insist on using your own key if you are from India, Pakistan or Philippines. Though the maintenance staff are very good and friendly
