The building’s facilities are tailored to support a balanced lifestyle, with spaces for recreation, fitness, and social gatherings.
It is one of the most peaceful residential areas in Dubai. A 20 minute drive from Marina/JLT/Mall of Emirates, and a 20 minute drive to Al Qudra. There's very little traffic around the area, and it is great for families with kids. There's a park right outside my building, with a play area for children and a walking track for adults. Supermarkets and restaurants are 5 mins away, and with Motor City being close by, there are many restaurants and food options. The only con is the traffic towards Marina during office hours. A 20 minute drive turns into a 40 min drive. There is no metro connectivity so you either have to drive yourself or take a taxi.
