The building is extremely old, lacks maintenance, and does not have guest parking

Not the best building in JLT. The nearby shops and easy access to parks is what is what compliments the building’s location.

This building is not well-maintained. It looks old and messy, with things falling apart. The worst part is there's no parking for visitors. It's hard to find a spot to park your car. Overall, it's not a great place to visit or live because of these problems.

I like this building, excellent 5 stars gym and swimming pool, prestigious reception and not bad elevators. I don’t know why they speak bad about this building . Location and view is the best next to metro

I have been living in this building for over 3 years now (not by choice), and I have to say that DG1 is the worst building anyone can move into! Security staff have the worst attitude imaginable, I almost had to call the police 3 times due to their attitude. Maintenance is on a different level of bad... mold and leakage can be found anywhere you look! AC units do not work, not even at 60% capacity, basically temperature will not drop below 28 and you still need to pay your monthly dues otherwise you will be fined AED1000. Circling back to security staff again, I really hope no one has to suffer their rude and obnoxious behavior despite multiple complaints that go unanswered with the management that could care less about the tenants. The only good thing I can say about this old and deteriorating building is that it has a Maya and Carrefour right next to it!

they have newly renovated the GYM and swimming pool with 5 star quality - close to metro with nice music in lift . very well maintained with good facility like BBQ at D floor and children play area at the ground floor. an excellent family building
