The building have a very High Quality, very good isolated from sound from outside. Good pool, and other amenities, and a lot of shop down in the building overall a 10/10 experience renting in One Park Avenue

Nice building in a developing area. The maintenance is on the highest level- wether you have the problems with somebody who occupied your parking slot or someone was smoking inside the building- the management decides everything very quickly. The building has valet parking and car washing inside. 2 schools are in 5 minutes walk distance. A lot of greenery around. Many shops, beauty salons. The area is still under construction, but in a couple of years it will be the perfect place

Apartments are really well built, noise isolation from construction outside. Great place for families since there are two schools in the community. The community also has parks and event sections.
