The building is very nice. I have not had any issues for the last five years I've lived here. I love Motors City, it is very green, it feels like you are not in Dubai and everything is within walking distance, the school for children, supermarkets, hospitals, a lot of restaurants, bars

Pleasant neighbourhood, somewhat spoiled by noisy ongoing construction. Gym facilities are disappointing considering the number of dwellers here. The gym rooms are small with limited nmbers of machines, poorly maintained (functionality is unreliable)
